Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Faregate ("the Service"), operated by Soluneer LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Faregate provides usage metering, access gating, and payment facilitation for API and MCP services ("Services") registered by their operators ("Providers"), consumed by callers holding prepaid credits ("Consumers"). Faregate is currently in early access; features may change and availability is not guaranteed.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the platform or its users.

3. Credits and payments

Credits are prepaid, denominated in USD, and drawn down per metered call at the price set by the Provider at call time.
Payment processing is performed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
Credits are non-transferable between keys. Unused credits are refundable on request within 30 days of purchase, less any usage.

4. Provider payouts

Providers earn the metered price of each paid call, minus the platform fee published on our pricing page.
Payouts require completing Stripe Connect onboarding and are subject to Stripe's verification and terms.
Amounts below the minimum payout roll forward. We may withhold payouts pending fraud review.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful content or activity, to meter services you do not have the right to operate, to attempt to circumvent metering or gating, or to interfere with the platform's operation or other users.

6. Provider responsibilities

Providers are solely responsible for their underlying services: their legality, quality, availability, and any obligations to their callers. Faregate meters and facilitates payment; it does not operate, endorse, or warrant Provider services.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soluneer LLC's aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time; accrued Provider earnings above the minimum are paid out and unused Consumer credits are refunded per Section 3. We may terminate accounts for breach with notice where practicable.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect.
