Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Soluneer LLC handles information when you use Faregate.

What we collect

Account data — your email address and a salted hash of your password (we cannot read your password).
Service configuration — names, slugs, origin URLs, and pricing you register.
Usage records — per-call metering events (service, key, amount, timestamp) needed to bill consumers and pay providers. We store hashes of API keys, never the keys themselves.
Payment data — handled by Stripe. We receive payment confirmations and payout status, never card numbers.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
We don't log or inspect the request/response bodies proxied to provider origins beyond what routing requires.
We don't use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on the dashboard.

How we use information

To operate metering and payments, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and send transactional email (receipts, payout notices, security alerts). We use Cloudflare for infrastructure and Stripe for payments; both process data under their own terms as our processors.

Retention

Ledger records are retained as required for financial reconciliation and legal obligations. Account data is deleted on request after outstanding balances are settled — email support@faregate.io.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time via support@faregate.io. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), we honor those requests accordingly.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be announced by email or in the dashboard before taking effect.
